Freeriding 2 focuses on ski touring and is aimed at those who have already completed a basic course on avalanches, ski off-piste, go ski touring, or want to start. The course builds on Freeriding 1 and we delve deeper into decision-making in relation to route selection, how to manage risks by choosing how, where, and when.

We go through summit techniques such as track setting, turning, and handling equipment.

In order to be able to navigate rocky terrain even in bad weather, lessons in using maps and compasses in mountainous terrain are included.

Price: SEK 4,500 per person, minimum of two participants required for the course to take place.
