Stetind

Stetind Norway's national mountain is a mountain that suits most people who want an airy and tough challenge with world-class climbing and rock quality. The summit is 1392 meters above sea level and you start the hike right next to the fjord, to reach the summit there is a 1450 meter climb. The actual climbing routes vary between 500 and 1300 meters. The most common routes are the Normal Route via Sydryggen (grade 4) and Sydpillaren (grade 6) or a variant of Sydpillaren which is grade 5. If you have no climbing experience, the Normal Route is recommended. If you have climbed a little before and can use a rope brake, the variant on Sydpillaren may be worth looking at, and if you can climb up to grade 6, we can aim for Sydpelaren.

The price includes: Authorized mountain guide (IFMGA/UIAGM), climbing equipment, transportation to/from Narvik.

If the tour is canceled because the guide does not believe the weather is good enough to attempt the tour, we will try to reschedule the tour. If this is not possible, the full amount will be refunded to the guest.

Price Normalveien: 1 guest 7000kr, 2 guests 9000kr. (In exceptional cases and by agreement, there may be 3 guests per group, in which case the price is 11000kr).
